Building Blocks
The MOPS product suite is built with a modular design so that new applications can be easily added at anytime to the mill’s tool kit. Firstly, the foundation is laid with the collection of data from many sources via our link solutions. The data from DCS, QCS, PLC and manual data entry is stored in our process database - MOPS Historian). Also other historians as PI, PHD, GE, etc. can be data sources to be integrated.

What technology powers MOPS?
MOPS is built for the Windows platform using technologies making access available from other platforms. The MOPS platform is modular, composed of micro-services and micro-frontends, making it possible to customize and extend installations to meet the needs of each customer. The user interface is based on standard web browsers. Communication protocols are HTTP for regular service requests and MQTT (Message Queue Telemetry Transport) for asynchronous event distribution, ensuring access from any system.
