Make simulations on key variables (e.g. level in pulp storages, chemical buffers, etc.), and see how this will affect the process for the coming hours or days. Test and simulate the result of different process scenarios to find the optimal way of running.

Detailed analysis of Predictions & Simulations can be done using a using a WinMOPS display that selects predictions and simulations made and compares them to the real outcome of the process. This can be a tool to fine-tune the data models.

What technology powers MOPS?

MOPS is built for the Windows platform using technologies making access available from other platforms. The MOPS platform is modular, composed of micro-services and micro-frontends, making it possible to customize and extend installations to meet the needs of each customer. The user interface is based on standard web browsers. Communication protocols are HTTP for regular service requests and MQTT (Message Queue Telemetry Transport) for asynchronous event distribution, ensuring access from any system.
