Bale quality

BQIS is an interactive bale quality system that shows users the resulting quality inside a bale unit so that informed decisions and appropriate actions can be taken to complete the finishing of the pulp going to the customer

Mill personnel get timely quality information, on-line conformance checks, and advanced warning of troublesome situations. Keeping track of the product quantity, quality and location is as simple as point-and-click.

The BQIS Warehouse display shows the current contents of the selected storage area by giving the number of units, total tons and tons reserved for special customers. Moving units from one area to another is easily done and a warehouse inventory report is readily available. Customer inquiries are simplified while claims can be quickly validated and verified.
